Louage - 2023
Louage is the name for a shared taxi used as the main public transportation between the cities. For Djerbian Jews, the louage between Tunis and Djerba is also a delivery tool and a symbolic object for transit. The work consists of a standard size louage that had been in an accident, then was cleaned and repainted.
